Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 anchovies fillets
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Romaine lettuce
- grated Parmesan cheese
- croutons
Preparation
Step 1
Grind garlic & anchovies together, then add lemon juice, Worcestershire, egg yolk, & olive oil. Cut Romaine lettuce & drizzle mixture over lettuce. Top with Parmesan & croutons.
