Ranch Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs split chicken wings
  • 3 one oz packets ranch dressing mix
  • 1.5 cups AP flour
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Veg oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1

Toss wings with one packet of dressing mix and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Whisk together flour, pepper and one packet dressing mix.
Separately, whisk together eggs, 2 tbsp of water and one packet of dressing mix.
Dredge wings in flour, egg and flour again.
Heat 1.5 inch veg oil to 360 and fry in batches until golden brown (5-6 minutes per side).
Drain on rack.
Mix hot sauce and honey and serve with wings.
