24 Hour Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 2/3 cup veg. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 med. cabbage shredded
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots

Preparation

Step 1

Shread cabbage, carrots,onion, & cut peppers up real fine. Boil vinegar, oil and sugar for 2to 3 min. let cool then pour over cabbage mixture. Let set in refridgerator 24 hrs. Will keep up to 10 days.
