Aqua Fresca de Citrus

By

Sipping aquas frescas on a hot summer day with a meal or as an afternoon refreshment is a wonderful Mexican tradition. Whirl fruity aquas frescas ahead of time so they’re ready to serve over ice. Made with three types of citrus fruit, this version is an excellent source of vitamin C. Hint: you can make aquas frescas with berries, melon, peaches or mangos. Make use of any canned fruit you have on hand!
