Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken; cooked
- 1 head lettuce; torn
- 2 tomatoes; chopped
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, reduced fat; shredded
- 8 oz picante sauce
- 8 oz fat free ranch dressing
- 1 bag tortilla chips, baked; crushed
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
Preparation
Step 1
Cut up raw chicken into small bite size pieces. Cook chicken in skillet with 1 tbsp water and 1 tbsp chili powder until done (about 10 minutes). Mix all ingredients together, and keep the salad chilled.
