Taco Salad - Low-fat Ranch

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken; cooked
  • 1 head lettuce; torn
  • 2 tomatoes; chopped
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, reduced fat; shredded
  • 8 oz picante sauce
  • 8 oz fat free ranch dressing
  • 1 bag tortilla chips, baked; crushed
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

Cut up raw chicken into small bite size pieces. Cook chicken in skillet with 1 tbsp water and 1 tbsp chili powder until done (about 10 minutes). Mix all ingredients together, and keep the salad chilled.
