Ingredients
- 1 chicken; cooked, and de-boned
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 jar pimentos; chopped
- 8 oz cheddar cheese; shredded
- 1 box schroodles; cooked in chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Boil chicken and salt; then take off the bone. Cut into small pieces; add soup, pimentos, and cheese. Cook schroodles in chicken broth about 5 minutes. Add to chicken mixture; add enough broth to moisten good. Put in baking dish; top with buttered bread crumbs or bread cubes. Bake at 375' for 35 to 40 minutes.
