Pork Chop Casserole

  • 5 medium potatoes; sliced
  • 6 - 8 pork chops; browned
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can water
  • salt; to taste
  • black pepper; to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Put sliced potatoes into a buttered casserole dish; place browned pork chops on top of potatoes. Add salt & pepper. Mix soup and water together; then pour on chops. Cover and bake at 350' for 2 hours. *This is great in a crock pot, it can be fixed early, cook on low all day and dinner is ready when you get home from work.
