Linzer Tarts (Bobbie Esther )

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks marg
  • 2 c sugar
  • 5 + c flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 6 T orange juice
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream margarine and sugar.

Add rest of ingredients.

Roll onto parchment paper and cut out shapes. Remove excess dough.

Make same number of tops and bottoms and fill with different preserves.
