Coffee Cake (Yaffi)

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 2 eggs
• 1 c parve milk
• 3 c flour
• 1/2 c sugar
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 c margarine
• Crumb Topping:
• 2 1/2 c flour
• 2 c sugar
• 1/4 c cinnamon
• 1 T vanilla
• 1 c margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, add milk and then rest of ingredients.

Place in a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 400° for 25 min.

Crumb topping enough for 2 cakes
