Ingredients
- 9 tsp yeast
- 3 T sugar
- 4 c ( a little less) hot water
- 2 c less than 5 lbs of flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c oil
- 3 T salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix yeast, 3 T sugar, and hot water.
Add rest.
Bake 23 min at 350°.
Makes 8 challahs.
