Ingredients

  • 9 tsp yeast
  • 3 T sugar
  • 4 c ( a little less) hot water
  • 2 c less than 5 lbs of flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c oil
  • 3 T salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix yeast, 3 T sugar, and hot water.

Add rest.

Bake 23 min at 350°.

Makes 8 challahs.
