Ingredients
- 14 ounces Condensed Milk
- 5 ounces Butter
- 8 1/2 ounces Caster Sugar
- 8 1/2 ounces Soft Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 tablespoons Baileys
Preparation
Step 1
Put the icing sugar, brown sugar, butter and condensed milk in a deep bowl (no need to stir).
Microwave on high for 9 minutes in 3-minute intervals, stirring in between. Then stir in the Baileys and vanilla extract.
While it’s still hot, pour the mixture into a greased baking tray.
Spread the mixure out to the corners.
Put it in the fridge for at least two hours. Then cut into squares.
