Maple Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add brussels sprouts, and season with salt and pepper. Cook over high heat until browned about 2 minutes. Add butter and brown sugar and cook over medium high heatstirring until brown and sugar melts. Add maple syrup and cook until srpouts are tender crisp. about 10 minutes.
