Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds AP flour
  • 2 qts warm water
  • 1 oz instant dry yeast
  • 1 oz olive oil
  • .5 oz salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine water, yeast and olive oil.
Add to flour and salt, mixing by hand.
Flour board and knead lightly.
Place dough in oiled bowl. Make sure it's lightly coated with oil.
Cover with damp kitchen towel and let rest at room temp for 30 minutes.
Divide into 4 equal parts and roll out to half sheet pan size.
Coat sheet pan with cornmeal to keep from sticking.
