Banana Bread

Moms friend Gayle Despard got this recipe from the Kona Inn

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 6 ripe, mashed bananas
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Cream sugar and butter. Add bananas and eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add to banana mixture. Do not overmix.

Bake in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 55-60 minutes.
