Ingredients
- Three green onions
- 1 1/4 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces

- 3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 4 ounce cream cheese
- Three cups hot brown rice
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese about 1 ounce
- Chop celery optional
Preparation
Step 1
Finley sliced green onions separating white and green cards and a 3 quart slow cooker combine white parts of onion and the next eight ingredients through hot pepper sauce
Cover and cook on low for six hours for high three hours there is a green pots of onion and cream cheese covering o’clock 30 minutes more serve chicken mixture over rice sprinkle with cheese if desired pop up additional sliced celery and or hot sauce
