Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins

  • 1 (18.25 oz) pkg blueberry muffin mix
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 C sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare muffin mix according to pkg. Divide 1/2 of batter among 12 greased or papered muffins.
2. Combine cream cheese and sugar; beat 1 minute. Divide cream cheese among batter in muffin pan. Top with remaining batter.
3. Bake in 400 degree oven 18-22 minutes.
