Hoisin Glazed Shrimp Skewers

  • 1 lb. raw peeled shrimp
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • sesame seeds
  • .
  • 1 cucumber, thin sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Thread shrimp on skewers. Wrap the skewer ends with foil. Broil, basing with the hoisin sauce until opaque (2-3 minutes per side). Sprinkler with sesame seeds.

Toss 1 thin sliced cucumber with 2 sliced green onions, 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar and 2 Tbsp. canola oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve cucumbers with the shrimp.
