Cream Cheese Truffle

Ingredients

  • 3 Pkg. Lady Fingers
  • 1 Pt. whipping cream
  • 1 8 oz. and 1 3 oz pkg. Cr. Cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 can pineapple, strawberry or blueberry pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Line sides and bottom of spring form pan and set aside.

Whip cream stiff. In another bowl beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth then fold into cream.

Spread 1/3 cream mixture into pan the 1/4 fruit then layer of lady fingers.
