Ingredients

  • 6

    pork chops GLAZE

  • 2

    eggs 1Tbsp chopped garlic

  • 4

    Tbsp water 2TBsp butter

  • 2

    cups flower 1 1/2 C Honey

  • 1

    tsp salt 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1

    tsp black pepper 1/2tsp ground ginger

  • 1

    tsp garlic powder dash of cayenne pepper

  • oil for frying the chops 1/2 cup soy sauce

Directions

Whisk eggs and water together in a shallow dish. Mix the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in another shallow dish Dip the shops into the flour then in the egg then again into the flour, be sure to cover the chops well with the second flour dipping. place in a pan of hot oil. cook until browned on both sides, remove from oil put into a 9 x 13 baking dish. GLAZE saute the chopped garlic in the butter. add honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, cayenne, and ginger. bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. watch closely so it doesn't boil over. pour glaze over chops coating both sides, bake uncovered in pre heated 350* oven for 20 - 25 minutes
