Coconut Fudge Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, divided
  • 2 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1-250 g pkg marshmallows
  • 12 oz chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or almonds
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Line 9x13" pan with parchment paper. Melt 3/4 cup butter, mix with crumbs. Press into pan. Bring remaining butter, sugar, milk and marshmallows to boil in large saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chocolate, cook until melted, stirring frequently. Pour over crust. Top with nuts and coconut. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Store in airtight container in fridge.
