Monky Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cans refrigerated flakey biscuits
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Cut biscuits into quarters. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bag. Shake biscuit pieces in sugar mixture and layer alternately with the pecans, in a greased bundt pan or tube pan with solid bottom. Melt butter, add brown sugar and boil one minute. Pour over biscuits and nuts. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, then invert pan on plate and let stand another 5 minutes.
