Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1-200 g pkg coconut(about 2 1/2 cups)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1-350 g pkg chocolate chips(about 1 3/4 cups)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F. In 9" x 13" pan, melt butter in oven. Add crumbs, mix and press into pan. Mix coconut and condensed milk together. Spoon evenly over base, smoothing to cover. Bake 25 min or until lightly browned. In small saucepan, or in microwave, melt chips with peanut butter. Spread evenly over hot coconut layer. Cool 30 min. Chill. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
