  • 4 chicken breasts, about 1 1/2 lbs (650 g)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
  • 6 oz. (160 g) herb butter
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Take a generous amount of flavored butter, such as herb butter, pink herb butter or bacon butter, out of the refrigerator. Cold flavored butter doesn’t taste its best!
Fry the chicken in butter or oil on medium heat until the filets are well-done (reaching a safe inner temperature of 165°F (74°C)).
Salt and pepper to taste. Lower the temperature towards the end to avoid drying the chicken meat.
Serve with chicken and flavored butter with a tasty salad or with a side dish of your choice.
