Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage
- 1/2 cup onion; chopped
- 1/2 cup green chilies; chopped
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup picante sauce
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese; grated
Preparation
Step 1
Brown and drain the sausage, onion, and green chilies. Beat the eggs and sour cream together. Put 1/2 of the sausage mixture in the bottom of 9 x 13 casserole pan. Put egg mixture on top. Cook at 350' until set (approximately 20 minutes) then add the rest of the meat mixture on top. Pour picante sauce evenly over the top, and place cheese on top of that. Bake 15 more minutes. Definitely a winner!!!
