Ingredients
- 1 large beef brisket
- garlic powder; to taste
- onion salt; to taste
- 1 bottle barbeque sauce
- celery salt; to taste
- black pepper; to taste
- worstershire; to taste
- 1 bottle liquid smoke
- salt; to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Put brisket in a large pan. Cover both sides of meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion salt, and celery salt.. Put enough Worcestershire over this to be able to rub dry ingredients into the meat. Pour bottle of liquid smoke over this. Cover and let set in refrigerator for at least 24 hours, turning at least once during the 24 hours. Bake covered at 275' for 6 hours.. Uncover and pour 1 bottle of barbecue sauce over it. Leave uncovered and bake at 275' for 1 hour.
