Chocolate chip cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1-300 g pkg chocolate chips, divided
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil and unsweetened chocolate in a 9" pan in 375°F oven for 4 min, until melted. Add water, sugar, egg, flour, salt and baking soda. Beat with a fork until smooth, about 2 min. Stir in half of the chocolate chips. Sprinkle with nuts and remaining chocolate chips. Bake 30 min. Cool.
