Ingredients
- Chimichurri Sauce:
- Ingredients
- 1 cup Olive oil
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2/3 cup minced shallot
- 2/3 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 tsp chopped fresh basil
- 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tsp chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- Stir all ingredients together in a bowl and leave at room temp for two hours. Pour over cooked beef kabobs.

1.For beef:
2.Beef tenderloin will need to be trimmed of fat and cut into 1 ½" cubes.
3.Place meat onto skewers.
4.Lightly salt and pepper.
5.Preheat BBQ on medium heat (375)
6.Cook for 15-18 minutes for medium rare, turning every five minutes.
7.Remove from heat, drizzle with chimmi sauce and serve.
8.For Sauce:
9.Stir all ingredients together in a bowl and leave at room temp for two hours.
10.Pour over cooked beef kabobs.
