Vegetable Spaghett

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini; sliced
  • 1 yellow squash; sliced
  • 3 clove garlic; pressed
  • 1/2 onion; chopped
  • 8 oz mushrooms; sliced
  • 6 oz tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup picante sauce
  • oregano; to taste
  • Italian seasoning; to taste
  • salt; to taste
  • pepper; to taste
  • 1 lb spaghetti; cooked

Preparation

Step 1

Saute' garlic, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, & squash in 2 tablespoons of water for about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, and simmer for about 30 minutes - stirring occasionally. Spoon on top of spaghetti.
