Ingredients
- 2 zucchini; sliced
- 1 yellow squash; sliced
- 3 clove garlic; pressed
- 1/2 onion; chopped
- 8 oz mushrooms; sliced
- 6 oz tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup picante sauce
- oregano; to taste
- Italian seasoning; to taste
- salt; to taste
- pepper; to taste
- 1 lb spaghetti; cooked
Preparation
Step 1
Saute' garlic, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, & squash in 2 tablespoons of water for about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, and simmer for about 30 minutes - stirring occasionally. Spoon on top of spaghetti.
