- Ingredients:
- 4 cups northern white beans, organic, canned
- 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth, low sodium
- 2 cups red salsa
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup Italian parsley, minced
- 2 teaspoons creole seasoning
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder

Directions:
Drain canned beans and rinse well, drain again. Place all ingredients into a soup pot, mix well, bring to boil and reduce heat, simmer about 15 minutes.
