Apple Cake (Pesach, Gebrachot)

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1C Sugar
  • 1/2C Oil
  • 2/3C Cake meal
  • 1/2C Potato Starch
  • 4 Thinly sliced apples (coated with sugar and cinnamon)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325

1. Beat eggs well

2. Add sugar and oil

3. Add cake meal and potato starch and mix well.

4. Layer cake...batter, apples, batter, apples, etc

5. Bake at 325 for one hour
