Choc chip Cookies (Pesach) (Gebrach)

Ingredients

• 1/2 C oil
• 3/4 C brown sugar
• 1/4 C white sugar
• 1 3.5 oz instant vanilla pudding
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 C cake meal
• 1/4 C potato starch
• choc chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

in mixing bowl, cream oil and sugars.

Add pudding mix, vanilla and eggs.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Add choc chips last.

Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes.
