- 1 lb red potatoes
- 1 LG onion
- 1 LG carrot
- 7 garlic cloves

- Broccoli soup
- 1 tsp each thyme, basil and parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp crushed red peppers
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 cup shredded cheese
