Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cupswarm water
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup oat or wheat bran
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. dry milk
- 2 Tbsp. gluten
- 1 1/2 tsp. yeast
Preparation
Step 1
Mix yeast with warm water. Add rest of dry ingredients minus the bread flour. Mix slowly.. Add the bread flour, knead till soft and elastic. It will be a little sticky and that is fine. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. If it gets too dark cover with aluminum foil to prevent it from getting too brown
