Ingredients
- 3/4 C. peanut butter
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 C. confectioners sugar
- 1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
- Salted chopped peanuts (if desired for topping)
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth.
2. Fold in whipped topping
3. Pour into prepared crust
4. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
