Ingredients
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cups white rice
- 3 cups diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil for 3 - 5 minutes
2. Add ginger, coriander, cloves and pepper and stir
3. Add rice and stir to coat
4. Add tomatoes, salt and water and stir to combine. Cover and simmer until rice is done.
