Ingredients

  • 1 Stick Oleo
  • 1 Large Chopped Onion
  • 1 Med. Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1 Stalk Chopped Celery
  • 1 - 2 Pounds Shrimp or Crawfish (or use each)
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Undiluted)
  • 1 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup (Undiluted)
  • 1 Small Can Mushrooms
  • 2 Tsp. Worchostershire Sauce
  • 3 C. Cooked Rice (I use 4-5 Cups)
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp. Pepper
  • Dash Red Pepper
  • 1/8 Tsp. Garlic Powder or 1 Clove Garlic Chopped or Pressed
  • 1/2 C. Green Onions
  • 1/3 C/ Chopped Parsley

Step 1


Saute onions, bell pepper, celery, garlic, green onions and parsley in oleo. Add shrimp or crawfish. Cook a few minutes. Add soups, cooked rice and other ingredients. Heat thoroughly. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Bread crumbs can be sprinkled on top the last few minutes of baking.
