Skirt Steak Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbl honey
  • 1 Tbl sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp gingeroot
  • 1 1/2 pounds skirt steak, cut crosswise into 4 equal pieces

Preparation

Step 1

In a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, combine all ingredients. Pierce meat all over with a fork; add to marinade, and turn to coat. Let marinate at room temperature at least 15 minutes, or cover and refrigerate up to 1 day.
