Tangy Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp worchestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef, leaving in chunks. Add celery, onion and green pepper. Cook until soft. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
