Lemon Squares

Ingredients

• 1 box lemon cake mix; dry
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup pecans
• 1 stick butter; melted
• 16 oz powdered sugar
• 2 eggs
• 8 oz cream cheese; softened
• 1 stick butter; melted

Preparation

Step 1

CRUST: Mix the 1st four ingredients together, then press into a greased and floured 9" X 13" cake pan

FILLING: Mix the last four ingredients, then spread over crust. Cook for 45 - 50 minutes on 350'.
