Ingredients

    cups beef broth

  • 2

    (10.5 oz.) cans of cream of mushroom soup or beef gravy

  • 2

    (1 lb.) bags frozen mixed vegetables

  • 2

    cups frozen diced hash brown potatoes

  • 1

    tsp. dried thyme

  • 1

    tsp. minced garlic

  • 1 1/2

    pounds frozen cooked mini meatballs

  • 1

    (1 lb.) can of jumbo refrigerated biscuits

Directions

1. Place inner pot in cooker. 2. Add the broth, mushroom soup or gravy, mixed vegetables, hash browns, thyme, garlic and meatballs. Stir together. 3. Spread the biscuits over the surface of the pot pie mixture. 4. Place the lid on the cooker and switch the pressure valve to CLOSED. 5. Hit the soup/stew button (or HIGH PRESSURE 10 MINUTES). 6. When the timer reaches zero, switch the pressure valve to OPEN. 7. When steam is completely released, open the lid.
