  • White Cake Mix

  • 1

    can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk

  • 1

    can (15 oz.) Cream of Coconut

  • Cool Whip

  • Sweetened Coconut

Directions

Make white cake mix according to directions in 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees. As soon as you remove from oven... poke full of holes with a fork. Mix together the sweetened condensed milk and cream of coconut and spread over warm cake out of the oven. Let cool completely. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with shredded coconut. Keep in refrigerator.
