Whole-Grain Pancake Mix

Ingredients

  • Bulk Mix:
  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup tbsp wheat germ
  • 3/4 cup tbsp brown sugar
  • 9 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3 cups instant skim milk powder
  • 1/2 cup baking powder
  • 3 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

With food processor on, pour in oats, wheatgerm and brown sugar. Turn off processor and add flour, skim milk powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Pulse just until blended.
Store mixture in sealed container and store in the freezer.
