Lemony Squash

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 squash, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Panko
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mixed first 3 ingredients together.

Pour over squash and stir to coat evenly. Pour into square baking pan

Top with Panko & parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
