- 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
- A big pinch of finely chopped cooked ham
- A big pinch of chives
- Butter for egg coddler
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Large Egg
- Buttered Toast

Preparation
Step 1
Place 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream and a big pinch each of finely chopped cooked ham and chives in a buttered coddler; season with salt and pepper. Add 1 large egg. Top with 2 teaspoons heavy cream and more ham and chives; season. Seal; cook 8 minutes in simmering water. Serve with buttered toast. 1 serving.
