Pistachio Squares

Ingredients

  • Base:
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts
  • nd layer:
  • 1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large or 2 small Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
  • 2 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and spread in a 9" x 13" pan. Bake 15 min. at 325 degrees F. Cool.
Blend cheese and sugar. Add 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread over bottom.

Mix pistachio instant pudding with milk. Blend till thick. Spread over 2nd layer. Top with rest of Cool Whip. Keep in fridge.
