Lemon Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 egg white

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together sugar, flour, rind and juice of lemon and milk.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg white. Pour into baking dish and set in a pan of water.
Bake 45 min. at 350 degrees F. Serve cold. Makes its own sauce.
