Ingredients
- 1- 85 g. pkg. lemon or lime jelly powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1-385 ml can evaporated milk (well chilled)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- juice and rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve jelly powder in boiling water. Cool, but do not let set. Sprinkle 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs over bottom of a 9" x 13" pan. Whip evaporated milk until stiff. Add sugar and lemon juice and rind.
Fold in jelly. Pour into pan. Top with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
