Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup corn meal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 450'. Grease pan generously. Beat eggs, add milk & oil. To this mixture, add all dry ingredients & stir just till blended. Bake 15 - 20 minutes (till golden brown on top).
