Eggs Dijon

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 T Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/8 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup grated white sharp cheddar cheese
  • Plain bread crumbs & S&P to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Spray individual baking dishes, wisk sour cream , mustard, wine & S&P. Break 2 eggs in each dish, cover with cheese, top with mixture, then top with crumbs. Bake 350 for 15 mins
