Ingredients

• 15.25-oz. package strawberry cake mix
• 3/4 cup butter, melted
• 1/3 cup evaporated milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 3/4 cup strawberry jam

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and set aside. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, butter, evaporated milk and vanilla. Mix well and spread two-thirds of the batter into prepared pan, pressing with fingertips. Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes.
Sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly over the partially cooked brownies. Drop the jam in dollups over the top. Drop the remaining batter over the top in clumps (it will not be completely covered). Bake for an additional 20 minutes. Let cool before cutting into squares.
